As the Channel Specialist, you are responsible for implement the agreed sales channel strategy (Distributors and OEMs) in Middle East & Africa market to im-prove Hitachi Energy market penetration and realize growth aspirations. Plan and execute channel initiatives and continuously monitor channel performance, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Your responsibilities:• Implementing the agreed channel sales strategy and budget.• Contributing to the identification of appropriate channels and targets. • Providing channel strategy input for the sales team and helps to harmonize the market sales and marketing plans.• Contributing to achieving key targets (e.g. volume, prices, mix) for the channel in the specified market. • Creating detailed business plans, implement with regular follow-up.• Contributing to sales negotiations and negotiates frame agreements. • Creating offers and proposals for channel partners in line with broader sales offers.• Partners • Identifying and evaluating channel partners together with the Channel Manager. • Regularly reporting progress against channel strategy, plans and budgets. • Conducting analyses on channel activity and takes ownership for solving problems identified.• Collaborating with Marketing and Sales and executes those activities that require channel/segment partner participation.
