Job Purpose
The Government Relations Officer (GRO) will serve as our primary regulatory expert, managing our corporate presence across Saudi Arabia’s essential digital government ecosystems. This role is responsible for executing all corporate and employee transactions across vital platforms, ensuring absolute statutory compliance with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD), Ministry of Investment (MISA), GOSI, and Jawazaat.
The ideal candidate bridges digital portal mastery with strategic knowledge of local corporate laws.

Immigration / Passports: Muqeem & Wiza
Social Insurance: GOSI Portal
Investment & Corporate: MISA Portal, Chamber of Commerce (CoC)
Identity & Validation: Nafath Business Account Setup
Municipalities: Balady Portal
Key Responsibilities & Duties1. Labor & Employment Compliance (Qiwa & GOSI)
Draft, issue, and manage unified electronic employment contracts via the Qiwa portal in strict alignment with Saudi Labor Law.
Monitor company Nitaqat (Saudization) metrics daily to proactively manage risks and maintain desired green/platinum tiers.
Execute professional sponsorship transfers (Kafala), change of profession requests, and work permit issuances/renewals.
Manage employee lifecycle registrations, terminations, and monthly salary modifications within GOSI. Report and log any occupational hazards or workplace injuries.
2. Immigration & Residency Operations (Jawazaat & Muqeem)
Supervise the complete workflow for corporate visa allotments, block visas, and single/multiple entry visas utilizing the Muqeem and Wiza interfaces.
Track and process timely Iqama issuances, annual renewals, medical insurance updates, and exit-reentry requests to prevent penalties.
Oversee the structured issuance of final exit visas for departing staff to mitigate regulatory or labor friction.
3. Licensing & Corporate Affairs (MISA & Chamber of Commerce)
Liaise on updates, renewals, and audits regarding the company’s MISA Investment License, Commercial Registrations (CR), and municipal Balady permits.
Prepare, attest, and clear all official corporate documentation, letters, and invitations through the Chamber of Commerce electronic network.
Coordinate on-site physical government inspections (Municipalities, Civil Defense) at company branches or offices when required.
4. Identity & Authorization Gatekeeping (Nafath)
Serve as the trusted functional resource for setting up and managing delegated authority frameworks using Nafath Business (National Single Sign-On) portals.
Ensure the company's legal representatives maintain uninterrupted and safe digital access permissions.
