Installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of split, window, package, and ducted AC units

Basic refrigerant gas filling, pressure checking, leak detection, and servicing of chillers

Troubleshooting AC and chiller system issues and carrying out preventive maintenance

Basic electrical works (switches, sockets, lights, minor wiring)

Basic plumbing works (leak fixing, fittings, drainage issues) Gypsum, carpentry, and minor civil repair works as required

Responding to breakdown complaints and ensuring timely resolution

Maintaining tools, equipment, and safety standards
