- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical teams, and delivery managers to tailor solutions

- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular forecasts and reports

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics

- Act as the key point of contact for all service-related client communication and issue resolution
