Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee head nurses from different areas within the nursing department, such as ER, Pediatrics, Labor, etc.
- Manage and coordinate nurse schedules.
- Lead and ensure high-quality patient care while following protocols and standards.
- Ensure nursing practices adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and hospital policies.
- Maintain quality assurance of nursing documentation and client records.
- Create reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care quality, implement best practices, and ensure compliance.
- Educate and train new nurses.
- Coordinate nursing responses during emergencies, including disasters, and maintain staff readiness.
- Mentor nurses for growth, conduct evaluations, and foster continuous improvement.
