We are seeking a Graduate AI/ML Engineer with up to 2 years of experience to become
Employee No. 1 of our startup and join our founding team in Dubai, UAE. This is an on-
site role only with a full employment visa sponsored under the UAE free zone (FCC) and
access to a beautiful co-working space in Downtown Dubai.

If you’ve played with GPT-4o, Claude, Mistral, LLaMA, or built small projects using
LangChain, RAG, or AI agents — this role is for you!

You will work closely with the founder and our future AI collaborators to build the AI
design model from scratch using cutting-edge AI agents and LLMs. The initial focus is
automating engineering design models using international standards and codes, creating
a platform that learns, reasons, and scales across design verticals.

Responsibilities
• Help us build AI tools that support engineering design workflows
• Use and integrate off-the-shelf LLMs with prompt engineering and agent
frameworks
• Convert design guidelines and codes into machine-usable formats (using Python
+ NLP tools)
• Test and iterate with real project data and help improve accuracy
• Work alongside a domain expert (engineering) and co-founder (fresh AI
engineer)
