Heat load Calculations & Design in case of schedule not provided by the customer.

•           Equipment selection / Cost Estimation / Quotation

•           Follow up on Quotation.

•           Preparing Technical Submittal.

•           Preparation of Order Estimation sheet and getting it approved by Sales Manager/Sr.Manager.

•           Preparation of Project file and handing over the file to Sales Coordinator.

•           Get the specification from the contractors, based on the customer specification and the equipment schedule select fan models and quote based on price list & Cost Sheet.

•           Prepare submittal based on the contract specification and submit to the contractor/ consultant for approval.              Sending the order acknowledgement to customers
