Designation : Area Manager

Duration : 3 months contract extendable, depends on the client.

Visa : Freelance visa(Minimum 12 months validity)(No visit visa/No spouse Visa/No cancelled visa)

Location : Abu Dhabi

In this role, you will run some exciting activities:

· Lead and manage 80-120 associates across key operational areas

· Drive safety compliance and maintain Health & Safety standards

· Develop and implement process improvements

· Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy

· Coach and develop team members

· Analyze performance metrics and implement action plans

You will also need to be able to:

· Lift packages weighing up to 22 kg

· Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during 9 /10 hours shifts

· Operate carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move stuff large quantities of merchandise

· Go up and down stairs

· Handle complex problem-solving situations

· Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Make quick decisions in high-pressure environments

· Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

· Respond to emergencies and critical situations

Essential requirements to apply:

· You are 18 years old or above

· 1 year+ of management experience

· Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis.

· Problem solving and decision making abilities.
