Drive the conception, development, and delivery of art-driven initiatives that enrich HoW’s cultural offerings, foster community engagement, and reinforce our reputation as a vibrant creative hub.

Program Development: Design and launch at least four signature art projects annually (workshops, public installations, pop-up galleries) that align with HoW’s strategic vision.

Artist & Partner Management: Source, evaluate, and contract local and international artists; maintain a vetted roster to support timely project execution.

Creative Direction: Collaborate with internal design and marketing teams to translate creative concepts into high-impact visual collateral and digital content.

Budget & Resource Control: Prepare and manage project budgets up to AED 200K, ensuring cost discipline and procurement compliance.

Performance Analysis: Collect and analyze audience feedback, attendance data, and engagement metrics to refine future art offerings.
