Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of mechanical assembly processes, including drilling, tightening bolts, and material movement. This role requires manual dexterity, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assemble components and products according to work instructions, blueprints, or verbal guidance.

● Perform basic mechanical tasks such as:

o Drilling holes using hand or power tools.

o Tightening bolts and fasteners to secure parts.

o Moving and positioning materials manually or with assistance from carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts.

● Inspect parts and assemblies for accuracy and quality.

● Maintain a clean and organized work area.

● Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents to the supervisor.

● Assist with inventory control and part tracking as needed.

● Support other team members and departments as required.

Qualifications:

● High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

● Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand/power tools.

● Ability to read and follow work instructions or simple diagrams.

● Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.

● Team player with good communication skills and attention to detail.
