Electrical Design & Engineering

• Design, optimize, and maintain MV/LV electrical systems including switchgears, transformers, diesel generators, UPS, and busbars
• Develop electrical layouts, specifications, and technical documentation for plant utilities and equipment
• Conduct load requirement analysis for current and future operational demands

Commissioning & Project Support

• Lead and support commissioning activities, testing, and validation of electrical systems
• Perform feasibility studies including technical evaluation, cost estimation, and timelines
• Support installation, upgrades, and expansion projects within the plant

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all electrical systems comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC)
• Maintain compliance documentation, schematics, manuals, and audit records

Operations & Collaboration

• Troubleshoot electrical issues to minimize downtime and improve system reliability
• Collaborate closely with mechanical, manufacturing, and operations teams
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance electrical performance

Energy & Sustainability

• Propose and implement energy efficiency initiatives
• Support sustainability programs including renewable energy integration and waste reduction
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies, automation, and energy-efficient solutions

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in electrical engineering
• Preferred background in industrial, utilities, or manufacturing environments
