Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and ELV systems.
Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, layouts, schematics, and coordination drawings.
Ensure designs comply with UAE Civil Defence, NFPA, and project specifications.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams.
Attend technical meetings and site inspections when required.
Review IFC drawings and convert them into approved shop drawings.
Support material submittals and technical documentation.
Ensure drawing revisions and document control are properly maintained.
Assist in clash detection and coordination with other disciplines.
Provide technical support to site execution teams.
