drive business development and strategic growth.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic B2B Sales Executive to spearhead

outbound sales and client engagement in the UAE and other key regions. As part

of our Dubai team, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong

client relationships, and representing the company at industry events.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and follow-ups to generate and qualify
  • leads.- Schedule and attend both online and in-person client meetings and presentations.
  • Attend relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking forums in the UAE.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the India-based delivery team to align client needs with our offerings.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in IT services, SaaS, or consulting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in handling cold outreach and nurturing client relationships.
  • Based in Dubai with familiarity with the UAE business ecosystem.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Experience using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
