- Oversee and manage the testing and commissioning of building management systems (BMS) to ensure functionality and performance.
- Develop and implement testing plans and procedures for BMS systems.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and technicians to schedule and execute testing activities.
- Analyze test results and troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions in the BMS systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards during testing and commissioning.
- Provide training and support to end-users on BMS system operation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of testing and commissioning activities.
- Document and maintain accurate records of testing and commissioning activities, including test reports and system documentation.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in BMS technology and testing methodologies.
- Foster a culture of safety and quality in all testing and commissioning activities.
