- Greet all customers warmly when they visit the showroom.
- Guide them to the right person or department (sales/service).

- Share product information with customers when sales executives are not available.
- Arrange and coordinate test drives (join the customer if needed).
- Support various admin tasks for the dealership.
- Take customer feedback or complaints and share them with the right team.
- Keep the reception area neat and professional.
