Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Brand & Talent Partnerships Lead to drive business development, manage high-value partnerships, and lead client servicing across brand and celebrity campaigns. You’ll act as the right hand to the COO and will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic alliances, delivering campaigns, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end brand deals, from pitch to closure Service and manage key clients and celebrity accounts Build and grow relationships with agencies, brands, and talent Create compelling brand decks and proposals Oversee execution of deliverables and reporting Coordinate with production, talent, and digital teams Contribute to revenue growth and quarterly targets
