Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive with a proven track record in the UAE interior fit-out market. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, target-oriented, and have strong connections in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads in residential, commercial, and institutional sectors
  • Convert potential leads into active business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings independently
  • Prepare and deliver professional business proposals and quotations
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
  • Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure smooth project handover
  • Follow up on payment collections as per agreed terms
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client engagements
  • Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in business development within the interior fit-out industry
  • Strong existing client network and market knowledge
  • Proven sales and target achievement track record
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Must have own car and valid UAE driving license
  • Proficient in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Immediate joiners preferred
