We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our manpower recruitment company. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in generating new business and bringing clients in both blue-collar and white-collar sectors within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in manpower recruitment
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in various industries
Identify and close business opportunities in both blue-collar and white-collar sectors
Meet revenue targets and contribute to the company’s growth
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of proven experience in business development within manpower recruitment
Strong client network and successful track record in blue- and white-collar sectors
Excellent knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and Dubai markets and industry practices
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Compensation:
Salary + Additional incentives based on performance.
