We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong UAE market knowledge and hands-on experience in the automobile workshop industry.
Key Requirements:
5+ years UAE experience in automobile business development
Multi-brand workshop experience is mandatory
Strong knowledge of aftersales, service operations, and customer handling
Experience in business growth, client acquisition, and partnership development
Ability to generate fleet, insurance, and corporate business opportunities
Strong communication and negotiation skills
UAE driving license preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
