We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong UAE market knowledge and hands-on experience in the automobile workshop industry.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years UAE experience in automobile business development

• Multi-brand workshop experience is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of aftersales, service operations, and customer handling

• Experience in business growth, client acquisition, and partnership development

• Ability to generate fleet, insurance, and corporate business opportunities

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• UAE driving license preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.

• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
