We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our growth in the corporate catering and bulk meal supply sector. The role is ideal for a sales professional with strong networks in corporates, construction firms, labour accommodations, and facility management companies. Key Responsibilities • Drive new business acquisition for daily meal supply contracts (1,000+ meals/day). • Develop and implement strategies to penetrate corporate, industrial, and construction markets. • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers (HR, Admin, Procurement, Facility Managers). • Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals, quotations, and presentations. • Negotiate contracts and SLAs ensuring profitability and service excellence. • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction. Requirements • 5–8 years’ proven experience in corporate catering or facility management sales in UAE. • Established network with corporates, real estate, and construction industry clients. • Strong track record of securing bulk meal contracts. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • UAE market knowledge and ability to work independently. • Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
