Real Estate Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development

Manager to join our Saudi Arabia office. This role is pivotal in driving sales of properties from

Dubai to Saudi clients while also expanding our network of developer relations within Saudi

Arabia to promote Saudi developments. Additionally, the Business Development Manager

will play a crucial role in managing our representative office in Saudi Arabia, overseeing

day-to-day activities, and supporting team building efforts.


*Responsibilities:*

1. *Sales and Business Development:*

● Identify and cultivate relationships with Saudi clients interested in purchasing

properties from Dubai.

● Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market

share.

● Collaborate closely with the Dubai office to facilitate seamless transactions

and client satisfaction.

2. *Developer Relations:*

● Build and maintain a strong network of relationships with developers in Saudi

Arabia.

● Promote Saudi developments to potential investors and clients in Dubai and

other international markets.

● Negotiate terms and agreements with developers to ensure favorable

conditions for Allegiance Real Estate.

3. *Office Management and Team Support:*

● Oversee the day-to-day operations of Allegiance Real Estate’s representative

office in Saudi Arabia.

● Coordinate administrative and logistical support to ensure efficient office

functioning.

● Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team to

support business objectives.

4. *Market Research and Analysis:*

● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities

and market trends.

● Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on

market intelligence.

5. *Reporting and Documentation:*

● Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and project

updates.

● Maintain accurate records of sales, contracts, and client interactions using

CRM systems.
