Job Summary-

The Butler plays a vital role in delivering a seamless and luxurious experience to passengers. As the first point of contact, the Butler ensures that every guest is greeted warmly and assisted with the utmost professionalism and discretion. This role requires a high level of service excellence, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for distinguished travelers.

Key Responsibilities-

• Greet passengers upon arrival at the VIP terminal with warmth and professionalism.
• Act as the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Assist passengers with their belongings and provide support throughout their journey from terminal to runway.
• Deliver personalized service to VVIP passengers, anticipating their needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Uphold the highest standards of grooming, etiquette, and customer service at all times.
