- Operating the CAFM system
- Monitoring the PPM/RM WO's progress & KPI compliance
- Audit the workflow assignments in CAFM (Yardi) or similar
- Preparing CAFM output performance report for management
- Coordinate with team to meet the targets/response/priority timelines in CAFM
- Tracking the materials flow and recording in CAFM system
- Coordinate with team for daily regular activity and operational requirements
- Report any breached WO or noncompliance transactions noticed in CAFM
