Position: Carbon Fiber Technician
Experience: Minimum 3 years GCC experience
Salary Range: 300 KWD – 450 KWD (based on experience and skill level)

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, design, and install carbon fiber parts for various vehicle models.
• Perform carbon fiber lamination, molding, cutting, shaping, and finishing processes.
• Repair damaged carbon fiber components using professional techniques and materials.
• Ensure precise measurement, trimming, and fitment of carbon fiber parts.
• Use vacuum bagging, resin infusion, and other composite fabrication methods.
• Sand, polish, and finish carbon fiber surfaces to achieve premium quality results.
• Coordinate with body shop and modification teams for fitment and customization projects.
• Maintain tools, molds, and workspace in proper working condition.
• Follow workshop safety, environmental guidelines, and technical procedures.
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, durability, and adherence to company quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years GCC experience in carbon fiber fabrication and installation.
• Strong knowledge of composite materials, tools, and advanced fabrication techniques.
• Skilled in mold making, vacuum forming, and carbon fiber lamination.
• Detail-oriented with excellent craftsmanship and finishing skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and perform precise measurements.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality output
