The Civil Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of civil infrastructure and facilities. This role includes managing a team of maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure optimal functionality and longevity of structures and systems.

• Supervision: Lead and supervise maintenance staff, including scheduling work assignments, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and schedules for civil infrastructure, including roads, bridges, parks, and public buildings.
• Inspection and Assessment: Conduct regular inspections of facilities and infrastructure to identify maintenance needs and assess the condition of structures.
• Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines.
• Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate maintenance projects and repairs.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment usage.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve maintenance issues and emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on maintenance activities, project statuses etc. to management.
