- Greet and assist guests upon arrival with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Guide clients through the available services and packages (simulator sessions, private suites, group bookings, F&B options, etc.)
- Handle bookings, inquiries, and walk-ins with efficiency and clarity
- Provide basic assistance with simulator onboarding (training provided)
- Ensure the venue remains clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
- Coordinate with operations and simulator teams to deliver smooth customer flow
