• Oversee the maintenance of all depot equipment system like lifting jacks, cranes, wheel lathes, automatic train set washing plant as per contract scope.
• Manage the maintenance and readiness of maintenance vehicles, ensuring they are available for emergency and routine maintenance tasks.
• Develop and implement a maintenance schedule that ensures all KPR responsibilities of company and complies with O & M recommendations.
• Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff, ensuring effective task delegation, performance monitoring and continuous develop.
• Ensure all maintenance activities meet the necessary legal and safety requirement and contractual requirements.
