Required to join an international engineering consultancy. The successful candidate will manage a multi-cultural, multi-disciplined design team developing relationships with new and existing clients. Responsibilities include

• Developing innovative designs that respond to brief
• Present design ideas and design progress to the Client
• Providing design and technical leadership to projects
• Manage commercial and financial responsibilities on the projects
• Train and mentor staff
