The Business Development Manager – MEP Project Sales is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing sector. The role involves strategic planning, market research, client engagement, and collaboration with internal technical and project teams to ensure the delivery of tailored MEP solutions.
Market Analysis & Strategy
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the MEP industry.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market presence and increase revenue.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Engage in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to understand requirements and offer appropriate MEP solutions.
Sales & Revenue Generation
Drive sales targets by preparing and presenting proposals and bids in collaboration with estimation and engineering teams.
Participate in contract negotiations and close deals in alignment with company goals.
Project Coordination & Support
Liaise between clients and internal technical teams to ensure accurate project planning and execution.
Provide input during the project design and pre-construction phases.
Networking & Branding
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote services.
