Implement and oversee a document control system that adheres to industry standards and project requirements, minimizing errors and delays.
Coordinate with project teams to collect, review, and distribute documentation, ensuring compliance with quality assurance processes.
Compiling of all project documents.
Creating, issuing, and maintaining all project correspondences and transmittal.
File documents in physical and digital records
Review and update technical documents.
Co-ordinate with engineer for timesheet.
Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
Create templates for future use
Manage the flow of documentation
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement Comply to ISO Standards of 9001 & 45001 & 14001.
Ensure Compliance with Health, Safety, & Environmental (HSE) Responsibilities. Adhere to the company’s Management Information System.
Establish and enforce document management protocols, including version control, indexing, and archiving procedures.
