Handling all project documentation during the Design stage, including:Concept Design Schematic Design Detailed Design Tender Documentation
Identifying and organize project deliverables across various design phases.
Ensuring proper classification, version control, and tracking of documents.
Coordinating with consultants and engineers to ensure timely and compliant submissions.
Supporting the preparation and submission of documents for Authority Approvals.
Maintaining compliance with project-specific document control procedures and standards.
Technical Expertise:
Ability to identify and differentiate between various drawing disciplines, including:Architectural Structural Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) ID
Familiarity with different types of drawings, such as:Authority Approved Drawings Issued for Construction (IFC) Drawings Issued for Tender Drawings
