- Act as the subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 CRM, advising on best practices and system capabilities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize OOTB features before custom development to maintain future system compatibility.
- Develop custom extensions using AL language, ensuring best coding practices are followed.
- Design and implement Power Automate flows to enhance business processes and reduce manual efforts.
- Develop and deploy solutions using Power Apps to streamline operations.
- Work with OData and API integrations to connect Dynamics 365 with external applications.
- Configure and optimize Business Central and CRM reports to ensure accurate data representation.
- Provide training and documentation for users to maximize system utilization.
- Support troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving system issues effectively.
- Create sales and financial data reports for Power BI, ensuring accurate and actionable insights for business decision-making.
