Review Tender Documents – Analyze drawings, BOQs, and specifications to understand the scope for fire alarm, firefighting, ventilation, and emergency/exit lighting systems.

Quantity Take-Off & Costing – Prepare accurate material take-offs and develop detailed cost estimates including materials, labour, and equipment.

Vendor Coordination – Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring competitive and compliant pricing.

Technical Compliance – Ensure all estimates meet Civil Defense requirements and relevant standards (NFPA, BS) and coordinate for clarifications.

Proposal & Support – Prepare techno-commercial proposals, provide value engineering options, and support tender submission and post-tender negotiations.
