Job description: We are looking for a fun-loving, creative, and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children and their parents in our play area, as well as coordinating events and parties. This includes leading activities, supervising children, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have experience in interacting with children, event coordinating, making quotations for clients, and have excellent communication skills. Job Description § Greet and welcome guests of all ages with a warm and enthusiastic attitude § Promote daily activities and upcoming events taking place in the play area § Manage all incoming and outgoing stock activities, including receiving, inspecting, counting, and recording goods to maintain accurate inventory levels § Implement and maintain inventory control procedures, including regular stock counts, reconciliations, and cycle audits. § Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met at all times § Highlight potential hazards, any incidents or issues to the manager § Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, forms, templates, and checklists for the activity programs and ensure that all procedures are adhered to § Work in shift patterns and be flexible to accommodate changes for special events § Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors and suppliers involved in the event, such as caterers, decorators § Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and vendors § Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously § Creativity and ability to think outside the box to create memorable and unique event experiences § Ensure top customer service, handle customer complaints, and report them to the manager § Previous experience interacting with children is a must § Previous experience in event coordination and making quotations for clients is required § Knowledge of MS Office § Specialist knowledge in storytelling, face painting, arts and crafts, dancing, balloon bending, clowning, etc. are addon § Skills in party planning and coordination § Possess an enthusiastic, creative, positive, happy, team player, responsible, hardworking, and flexible personality Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
