Key responsibilities include developing innovative menus, supervising food preparation, managing kitchen budgets, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, coordinating with procurement teams, and leading high-volume catering operations serving 200+ persons. The Executive Chef will play a critical role in elevating the company’s culinary offerings, maintaining consistency across all operations, and ensuring exceptional dining experiences for clients.
