Internship: Exhibition Stand Design & Build
Location: Dubai Duration: 3-6 months

Role Overview:
As an Exhibition Stand Design & Build Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the creative and logistical aspects of exhibition stand building. You’ll collaborate with designers, project managers, and construction teams to bring concepts to reality.
Key Capabilities/Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing exhibition stands using CAD software or sketching concepts.
- Support the selection of material for stand construction and decor.
- Collaborate with the construction team in assembling stands at venues.
- Conduct market research on booth trends and innovative designs.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials and logistics.
- Help manage inventory for stand elements (furniture, branding materials).
- Participate in client meetings to understand branding and aesthetic requirements.
- Assist in post-event evaluations and improvements for future exhibitions.
Requirements:
- Currently studying Interior Design, Business Development, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Event Management, or a related field.
- Passion for design, events, and branding.
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel to event sites when required.
- Valid documents as per UAE Government regulations (Student/ Dependent Visa)
