As part of our international expansion, we are strengthening our presence in Middle East, and we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive based in Dubai to lead business growth in the region.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding and consolidating our presence in the Middle East market. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities within key sectors across the Middle East region.
• Client Portfolio Management: Build and maintain a strong client base, ensuring long-term relationships and positioning ES GROUP as a trusted partner.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with design and production teams to ensure projects exceed client expectations.
• Tailored Proposal Presentation: Develop and present customized solutions that align with client needs, offering innovative and strategic approaches.
• Sales Closure: Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and company objectives are met.
• Analysis & Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to management on progress and results.
