- Analyze and study all Project Elements including the BOQ, Specification, IFC drawings together with the Technical
- Manager and Project Manager
- Assist in the creation and updating of the technical submittal registers and ensure timely issue of all engineering deliverables in accordance with the contract program.
- Plan, schedule and coordinate technical & management aspects of assigned projects.
- Taking approval for material submittal, design drawings from the consultant at pre-execution stage of project.
- Evaluate scope of work and design documents.
- Review drawings and design calculations. Site surveying & material ordering
- Creating work invoice, site report and daily work schedule.
- Control and coordination of work and labours
- Prepare/check the material “take-off” of all materials required for the project as per specification
