We are looking for a Financial Controller to lead financial planning, analysis, and performance management for a growing business.

The role requires strong ownership of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage Profit & Loss (P&L)

• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles

• Perform financial and variance analysis

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and margin improvement

• Support business decisions through data-driven insights

• Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions

• Prepare MIS reports for leadership
