Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities including but not limited to painting, gypsum, tiling, marble, wood flooring, wall cladding, cabinetry, and final fixtures.
Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors, monitor performance, and ensure productivity and efficiency.
Inspect completed work for quality and compliance, and arrange for corrections or touch-ups as necessary.
Collaborate with QA/QC Inspectors and consultants for inspections, approvals, and snag rectification.
Maintain progress reports and communicate any delays, issues, or deviations to the Project Manager.
Ensure proper material usage, avoid wastage, and check material deliveries for quality.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all personnel are working in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist in preparing snagging lists and ensure all punch-list items are closed out prior to handover.
Coordinate with other trades (MEP, civil, joinery) to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
