- Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities including but not limited to painting, gypsum, tiling, marble, wood flooring, wall cladding, cabinetry, and final fixtures.
- Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
- Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors, monitor performance, and ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Inspect completed work for quality and compliance, and arrange for corrections or touch-ups as necessary.
- Collaborate with QA/QC Inspectors and consultants for inspections, approvals, and snag rectification.
- Maintain progress reports and communicate any delays, issues, or deviations to the Project Manager.
- Ensure proper material usage, avoid wastage, and check material deliveries for quality.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all personnel are working in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in preparing snagging lists and ensure all punch-list items are closed out prior to handover.
- Coordinate with other trades (MEP, civil, joinery) to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
