- Manage and oversee all aspects of the fit out construction site.
- Coordinate with project manager, architects, and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of the fit out project.
- Monitor and inspect the quality of work being performed by subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Manage and track project progress, including scheduling, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Prepare and update project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on the construction site.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the fit out project, including changes in design or scope.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site.
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement solutions to challenges and obstacles that may arise during the fit out project.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, project team members, and subcontractors.
