Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Controller to manage and optimize our fleet operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient vehicle and driver tracking, onboarding new drivers and vehicles, generating comprehensive reports, maintaining compliance with RTA and other government regulations, and implementing strategies for revenue generation and customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in fleet management systems and MS Excel.


Responsibilities:


  • Vehicle and Driver Tracking: Monitor and track the real-time location and status of all vehicles and drivers using fleet management systems. Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the system.
  • Vehicle and Driver Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new drivers and vehicles, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are obtained. Provide training and orientation to new drivers on company policies and procedures.
  • Reports and MIS: Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on fleet performance, including utilization, efficiency, and revenue. Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to support operational decision-making. Prepare ad-hoc reports as required by management.
  • RTA and Government Compliance: Ensure compliance with all RTA regulations and other relevant government requirements. Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, insurance, and permits. Coordinate with RTA and other government entities as needed. Stay up to date with any changes in regulation.
  • Dubai City Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of Dubai's roads, landmarks, and traffic patterns.
    Utilize local knowledge to optimize routes and improve efficiency.
  • Revenue Generation and Customer Satisfaction: Implement best practices for revenue generation, including optimizing vehicle utilization and minimizing downtime. Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns promptly.
