Job Summary:
The Foreman will oversee daily construction site operations, manage teams of workers, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain the quality and timeline of assigned projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in construction, and the ability to coordinate effectively between management, subcontractors, and labor teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors on-site.
• Ensure projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure all workers comply with company and UAE safety regulations.
• Inspect work quality and address any issues or defects promptly.
• Manage and allocate manpower, tools, and equipment efficiently.
• Maintain daily site records, including attendance, work progress, and material usage.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Resolve site-related problems and provide effective solutions to keep the project on track.
