Review structural drawings, specifications, and design requirements

Develop formwork layouts, plans, and installation sequences

Recommend suitable formwork systems (timber, steel, aluminum, or modular) based on project needs

Assist in material estimation and formwork resource planning

Supervise formwork installation, alignment, and dismantling on site

Ensure formwork complies with structural drawings, dimensions, and tolerances

Conduct inspections and quality checks before concrete casting

Identify and resolve technical issues related to formwork

Enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards

Ensure proper handling and installation of formwork and scaffolding

Conduct training and briefings for formwork teams on safety practices

Coordinate with structural engineers, site engineers, and project managers for formwork activities

Liaise with concreting teams to ensure proper casting and curing sequences

Assist in resolving site issues related to formwork design or execution

Maintain records of formwork progress, inspections, and material usage

Prepare daily and weekly progress reports

Support Formwork Manager in planning and reporting
