We are currently seeking 2 experienced General Technicians to join our Machinery Division based in Dubai.

• Role 1: Technician for walk-behind/ride-on scrubbing and sweeping machines (Tennant preferred).
• Role 2: Technician for Snorkel boom lifts, scissor lifts, and Grove mobile cranes.

Both positions require strong diagnostic skills, the ability to carry out repairs to the quality standards, and a customer-focused approach.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics for electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Repair and maintain steering systems, conveyor drive systems, vacuum systems, solenoid valves, diaphragm pumps, piping connections, and circuit boards.
• Assess and repair hydraulic circuits, pumps, and control valves.
• Diagnose and service batteries, including Traction, Flooded Lead Acid, AGM, and Maintenance free types
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and parts catalogues to select and install correct components.
• Conduct on-site repairs and verify full machine functionality before completion.
• Ensure work is completed within allocated timeframes and to the highest quality, preventing rework or customer complaints.
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical support and operator training to customers for proper machine usage and care.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage logs, and job completion reports.
