Position Summary:
As a visual-thinking problem solver, the Graphic Designer (GD) is responsible for designing, illustrating, and producing visual content, providing specific desired outcomes that represent the three principles of The Bridge that is the Japanese Minimalism, the Nordic Hygge, and the Middle-Eastern Hospitality. Conveys ideas into an unobtrusive, clean, and minimalistic creative style.
The Graphic Designer recognizes the importance of creating a functional versus elegant design. Supports in conducting in-depth research breathes that lead to continuous stimulation to develop and discover.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supports the development of design assets for events, communications, web, social media, marketing, sales, products, and anything else that needs graphic design work to communicate THE BRIDGE's (TB) visual style.
· Communicates visuals and designs by portraying accurate imagery, photography, typography, etc. to the viewers following TB’s branding guidelines.
· Assists communication with vendors, suppliers, and agencies.
· Develops layouts for newsletters, ads, brochures, posters, menus, and any other internal and external communication layouts and templates.
· Prepares signage and way-finding artwork.
· Develops packaging and labeling artwork.
· Liaises with external printers regularly to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
· Ensures that all design (online/offline) contributes to the overall customer journey and service experiences.
· Collaborates with the internal team and external vendors on package design and related marketing initiatives.
· Works towards tight deadlines and assists the business in reactive content when necessary.
