With a focus in Retail, Branding and Social Media Comms we look to support our clients in building long term brand equity.

Job Purpose

• Drive creativity amongst the team you will be assigned to.
• Work on brand projects and contribute to the creation of innovative digital experiences.
• The design executive should have the ability to visualize and produce top tier creative concepts for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and materials.
• Develop creative concepts and mockups for marketing campaigns and projects.
• Incorporate feedback from team members and clients.
• Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Maintain an organized digital filing system.
• Develop design templates for various digital and print assets.
• Optimize print requirements and review designs for errors.
• Take accountability for project timelines and deadlines.
• Coordinate with print vendors and suppliers.
• Contribute to the continuous development of the Elevargrowth design system.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand design needs.
• Execute UX design activities, including wireframing and prototyping.
• Support the Content Manager in managing social media accounts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Participate in internal pitches and implement key strategies.

Requirements:

• Completion of a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a similar field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects) and other design software.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• A portfolio showcasing design projects and skills.
• Creatively driven and consistently stays up to date with trends.
