Hospitality Supervisor is accountable for supervising the facility's overall food and beverage services. The role holder is responsible for ensuring that the guests are always served quality food and beverages as per guests' specifications and that the guests have a positive experience with food and beverage services. The incumbent ensures the team follows the documented food and beverage process and procedures per the Food and Beverage SOPs guidelines.
