We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager for a prestigious luxury hotel in Cairo, Egypt. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily hotel operations, team management, and guest satisfaction.

• Lead and manage hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain high standards in service quality, guest experience, and brand compliance
• Collaborate with the GM on strategic planning and operational execution
• Drive profitability through operational efficiency and cost control
• Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams
• Handle guest feedback and implement continuous improvements
