Collects, structures, and analyzes HR data to find patterns, trends, and predictions.
Writes detailed reports and troubleshoots data and reports.
Assists in various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assists in rollout and implementation of HR programs.
Implements and reports on relevant HR metrics to measure the efficiency and impact of the workforce.
Ensures data quality and compliance with employment laws and policies.
Creates and updates dashboards and reports on various HR aspects, such as payroll, recruitment, retention, turnover, compensation, and benefits.
Develops standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.
Job Knowledge & Skills
· Knowledge of HR best practices
· Understanding of the key HR processes.
· Proficiency in MS Excel.
· Ability to work with multiple data sources.
· ERP Knowledge
· Proficiency in SAP Report Center.
· Good organizational and planning skills.
· Excellent written and confident verbal communication.
· Good attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
· Ability to succeed in an environment with conflicting priorities.
· Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI and similar software
· Ability to make & Automate workflows using Power Automate
· Ability to write Python, SQL and DAX
